Our History
Estrella Jalisco was first brewed in Guadalajara, Jalisco in 1910. Over its 115-year history, it has become one of the oldest beer brands in all of Mexico.
What is Jalisco and what makes it so special? Jalisco, our home, is the second largest state of Mexico and is known as the cultural capital of the country. Some of the most iconic symbols of Mexico, such as mariachis, originate from Jalisco. Jalisco is also known for its trailblazing spirit.
