OUR HISTORY
Estrella Jalisco was first brewed in Guadalajara, Jalisco in 1910 and, over its 107 year history, has become one of the largest beer brands in all of Mexico. What is Jalisco and what makes it so special? Jalisco, our home, is the second largest state of Mexico and is known as the cultural capital of the country. Some of the most iconic symbols of Mexico – mariachis, rodeo, and even sombreros – originate from Jalisco. Each time you raise an Estrella Jalisco, you are celebrating centuries of Mexican tradition and the beer that embodies its Jaliscan heart and soul.
